I am a 28 year old male, recently completed my doctorate and am looking to supplement university teaching with some private tutoring. I have over a year\'s experience of home tutoring in English at GCSE level, and a year\'s experience of teaching Film Studies at degree level. ABOUT ME: I am a fully qualified psychology tutor and psychologist. I am a very friendly, outgoing person and enjoy learning new things and solving problems. If you learn using visuals, these will be emphasised. If you learn under pressure, tests will be given. If you cannot process written work well, verbal learning will be emphasized. I understand that you might not fit into the stereotypical read-and-rehearse pattern and that's ok. I have a flair for making difficult concepts simple, and believe that if you cannot put your idea on the back of a postcard for a 6 year old, you don't know what you're talking about.
